Our goal is to find a payment solution that works for you, and in cases where you are unable to pay your entire debt at once, there is the option to reach an agreement on a payment plan. Payment shall then be made in accordance with the payment plan we have agreed upon. If you do not follow the established payment plan, it will be terminated, and other collection measures may be taken, such as applying for a payment unjunction or requesting enforcement from the Swedish Enforcement Authority (Kronofogden).

If you know that you are unable to pay according to the repayment plan, please contact our customer service as soon as possible to see if the repayment plan can be adjusted. Our contact information can be found under Contact.

Our fees are charged according to principles that comply with good debt collection practices, act (1981:739) on compensation for collection costs, etc., and have been established based on this. If you have received a debt collection demand from us, there is a fee of 180 SEK. Unless otherwise agreed, there is a fee of 170 SEK for establishing a repayment plan, a notification fee of 60 SEK per invoice, and 60 SEK for any written payment reminder. If you set up a repayment plan and join direct debit or e-invoice, no notice fee is charged. You may also be charged interest for late payment, and B2 Impact follows the interest rate agreed upon between you and the original creditor.
