Confidentiality and Disclosure of Information

We, all employees within B2 Impact, and our operations are subject to the Debt Collection Act (1974:182) and, in accordance with § 11, are bound by confidentiality.

This means that, as a rule, we do not share your information with anyone outside of the organization. However, your information may be shared with one or more subcontractors if necessary for us to conduct our operations. This occurs, for example, when we hire an IT supplier or support for IT systems.

We may also share information with the Swedish Enforcement Authority and courts to establish claims and take enforcement actions such as enforcement and attachment. Furthermore, information may be shared with other authorities such as the Tax Agency and the Privacy Protection Authority if we are required to report information by law or practice.

Any disclosure of information is always done with consideration of applicable confidentiality rules, and a subcontractor is never allowed to use the information for any purpose other than what we have specified.
